In a decent contest, Houston got up for the win scoring 109 points compared to Sacramento who finished on 104 points. The game was still within reach for both teams, Houston managed to make the right plays down the stretch, with Sacramento left wanting. In the battle of the boards, Houston got up, pulling down 47 rebounds, compared to Sacramento with 39 rebounds. J. Champagnie was awesome today, and deserved the Player of the game, scoring a handy 22 points while in the process ripping down 8 rebounds and handing out 2 assists. Look for Sacramento to regroup after this one and bring a little bit extra in their next contest.
