In a decent contest, Los Angeles got up for the win scoring 108 points compared to Phoenix who finished on 101 points. The game was still within reach for both teams, Los Angeles managed to make the right plays down the stretch, with Phoenix left wanting. The rebounding was incredibly even between the 2 teams, both managing to pull down 46 rebounds. A. Thompson was awesome today, and deserved the Player of the game, scoring a handy 21 points while in the process ripping down 7 rebounds and handing out 6 assists. Look for Phoenix to regroup after this one and bring a little bit extra in their next contest.
