New Times In Indy

Breaking news, according to reports the Indiana Pacers have hired TheYeetMaster to be the teams new General Manager

That's right everyone, the Pacers have finally come around and hired a new General Manager, and just in time too, with the draft lottery right around the corner, his hands will be full with decision upon decisions. Coming into this team, the new GM has a ton to play with. First off, the Pacers have the fifth best odds at the number one overall pick in this year's draft, with a chance to select arguably the greatest draft prospect in the history of the sport since Dr. James Naismith put a ball in a peach basket, Victor Wembenyana. If the Pacers do land first overall, expect current star big man Karl-Anthony Towns to be on the move. Word has it Indy has already made some calls about KAT ahead of the lotto to see what might be out there for him. On top of that, sources also say the new GM is already talking trades with tons of other teams, looking to improve the roster and make a playoff push next season. When interviewed, he had this to say. I look at this team and I see a playoff team. If it wasnt for injuries I believe we could still be fighting for the championship right now. But thats no excuse to not improve this team. I plan on doing everything in my power to get this team into championship form for next season.

Then of course theres also free agency soon after the draft, which should also be interesting for this new GM. With Dlo becoming a free agent, Indy could potentially have upwards of 50 million in cap space this offseason depending on what moves are made. And with the bold personality this GM seems to have, dont be surprised if a big name player or two end up in Indiana next season.

Overall, this new GM is stepping into a role with a lot to do. He plans on challenging this team head on and only has one goal in mind, bringing home Larry.
